Spanglish Guacamole (Super easy!!!)
This is a great recipe if you don’t have the time or desire to chop oinions, tomatoes…plus it’s cost less. This recipe has all of the great authentic flavor of guacamole you get at a Mexican restaurant but it takes less time.
THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
2 Ripe Avocados
1/4 Cup of Store Bought Fresh Salsa(I make my own, but I like to chop ;0)
Fresh Salsa can also be substituted with your favorite Salsa brand. Price starts at around $2
*Salt
*Pepper
Juice of a whole lemon
*You can add a little extra flavor with an all purpose seasoning that has Latin Flavors. Stay tuned for my “All Purpose Latin Season Mix” recipe.
THE HOW TO:
Cut avocado in half remove pit and scoop. Add the juice of a lemon to your avocado to reduce browning. Add Salsa, and seasonings then mix together. I like my salsa a little on the chunky side so I just use a fork.
DELICIOSO
